Productive schedule

Monday to Friday:

Morning (Before School)

5:00 AM - 5:45 AM: Wake up and get ready for swimming. Quick breakfast (high protein and carbs for energy).

6:00 AM - 7:55 AM: Morning swim (2 hours).

7:55 AM - 8:00 AM: Get ready for school, have a quick snack if possible.

School (8:00 AM - 3:25 PM)

Schoolwork: Focus during class, and make notes on key points so you can revise quickly later.

Breaks: Use break times to refresh. You could read or prepare for upcoming lessons.

Afternoon (Post-School)

3:25 PM - 4:10 PM: Arrive home after your 45-minute commute. Quick snack.

4:10 PM - 5:00 PM: Homework/Study Session (Chinese homework, math revision, or any other subject work).

This is your focused study time—use it to complete the most urgent or important tasks.

5:00 PM - 5:20 PM: Quick break to unwind. Avoid social media during this time.

Evening (After Afternoon Swim)

Monday & Wednesday:

3:30 PM - 5:45 PM: Afternoon swim (2 hours).

Post-swim (around 6:15 PM):

6:15 PM - 7:00 PM: Dinner and relaxation.

7:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Light study (review what you learned during school, work on a small task like language revision or math).
